Drovers Hut

It may have a "red roof" but it isn't a motel room!

A drover is an Australian cowboy.  In the old days the drove large herds of cattle and sheep to market over huge distances.  Other times they tended to tasks around the station (ranch).  As distances were vast, station owners often constructed huts for the drover's use.

With our "Cabin" we have tried to capture the spirit of the "hut", but with all the modern amenities.  The floor plan includes a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a separate living room that can also sleep two.  Each area is air conditioned and the lounge has a propane heater for chilly nights.  Outside, our guests will have use of a grill area and a small veranda for sitting out.

Of course, you will also have the facilities of the park, such as our swimming pool, hot tub, meeting room, fishing pond ect.

The hut is fully equipped with all the necessities including bed linen and towels.  The "Drovers Hut" is a good way to experience the RV lifestyle without the RV.  Rates are seasonal, so give us a call to get a price and availability.
