Rates are based on 2 adult guests per site.
Additional adults are charged at $6.00 per night, $42.00 per week or $110.00 per month.
All sites have Full Hookups: Electric, Sewer and Water.
Rates are for 50 amp and 30 amp usage.
We offer a discount of 10% to GoodSam members, AAA, AARP and retired Military guests.

Nightly and Weekly Reservation Cancellation

All Cancelations will be subject to a 10% charge to cover our card fees.

Cancelations 4 to 14 days prior to checkin date will be subject to a 50% refund.

Cancelations 3 days prior to checkin date will not qualify for a refund.

A raincheck is available for the full booking amount, excluding holidays and weekends for any cancelation. Rainchecks are good for 12 months.

No discounts on monthly sites.
Monthly rates include 150 KWH of power per month, then 0.20 cents per kwh after that.
A $200 power deposit is required for all monthly bookings. This is refundable at the end of the stay minus the last month's power charges.

Monthly Reservation Cancellation

For reservations made for one month or more we require a $200 deposit. This is refundable at the end of the stay minus the final month’s power charges.

If you cancel before your arrival date the deposit is non-refundable!

When you are into your month to month stay with us we need 14 days notice if you leave before your next payment date. If this is not possible, then we keep your $200 deposit. When you can give us more than 14 days notice your deposit will be refunded, less any final electricity cost.

Longer term monthly bookings cancelations incur a one month fee.

TENT RATES:

DROVER’S HUT (CABIN) RATES:

Nightly rate: $100.00 plus a $50.00 cleaning fee *Minimum 2 nights.

Weekly rate: $600 plus a $50.00 cleaning fee

Monthly rate: $2400 plus a $50.00 cleaning fee

PROPANE TANK REFILL:

Coach refills $4.00 per gal.

Small Tank (20 pound propane tank) $20.00

Large Tank (30 pound propane tank) $30.00

Additional Services for Non-Registered Guests:

• Dump Station $10.00

• Water Tank Refill $10.00

• Use of Bathhouse Facilities $10.00

A Note About Our Cancellation Policy

We trust you will understand the need for a cancellation policy. In order to honor your reservation we must take that site "off the market" and we may, or may not be able to find another guest before the start day of the reserved stay. That said, we realize that there could be compelling and justifiable reasons for a cancellation, and we think you will agree our policy is a balance that is fair to both parties.

Our Raincheck Policy

Having to cancel your trip can be upsetting - even more so when cancellation fees are incurred. To soften the blow we offer a rain-check for a similar stay in the following 12 months, excluding holiday weekends.

Just show us the email we send you when cancelling.

We Now Have a Cabin Available to Rent!

It may have a red roof but it isn't a motel room! We call it the Drover’s Hut.

A drover is an Australian cowboy. Back in the day, the cowboys drove large herds of cattle and sheep to market over huge distances. Other times they tended to tasks around the station (ranch). As distances were vast in Australia, station owners often constructed huts for the drover's use, and so the drover’s hut was born.

With our cabin we have captured the spirit of the drover’s hut, but with all the modern amenities. The floor plan includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and a separate living room that sleeps two. Each area is air conditioned and the lounge has a propane heater for chilly nights. Outside, our guests will have use of a grill area and a small veranda for sitting out. The cabin is fully equipped with all the necessities including bed linens and towels.

Our cabin rental is a good way to enjoy the RV lifestyle without an RV at reasonable rates. Full access to all the resort amenities, including a new pool, hot tub, fishing pond, meeting room and more is included. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
